Reworked is a Malta-based manufacturing agency for soft goods. We design the product, build the brand around it, and manufacture through a personally vetted factory network in China. Relationships built in person, on the floor, over time. Not sourced through Alibaba. Not cold emailed from a spreadsheet. Known.
Manufacturing is the core of what we do. Design supports it. The job underneath all of it is trust. Clients come to us because they do not know who else to trust with the part of the process that scares them most.
The beginning
We built brands ourselves first.
Before Reworked, we designed, manufactured and launched our own product. We know what it is to open a box of your first production run and find a flaw on every unit. We know where the traps are because we have walked into them. We know what good manufacturing actually costs, not in money, but in time, in trust, and in decisions made with incomplete information.
Reworked exists because that experience should not have to be repeated. The founders who come to us deserve a partner who has already made the mistakes, learned from them, and built the network to avoid them next time.
The problem
Three options. All of them fail you.
Print logos on pre-made blanks. No design thinking. The result looks cheap and everyone knows it.
Won't take a first-timer seriously. Quality is a gamble. The industry openly warns founders away from this path.
Beautiful brand work. Won't engage you until you are already established. And they do not manufacture.
Reworked is the only one that does all three. For the people the rest of the industry ignores.
